Frequently Asked Questions

How long does assembly take?
Most customers complete assembly in 4–6 hours with basic tools. Every order includes detailed step-by-step instructions. Many customers assemble solo — though having a second person makes it easier.
How is my sauna shipped?
Saunas ship via freight on a pallet to your address. Delivery is curbside — the carrier will bring it to the end of your driveway. You'll need a way to move it from there. Lead times and scheduling are coordinated after purchase. Contact us with any questions before ordering.
Can it stay outside year-round?
Yes. Our saunas are engineered specifically for outdoor use in all climates — including cold winters and wet environments. The cedar construction naturally resists moisture, decay, and temperature swings.
Can it be used indoors?
Absolutely. Our saunas work great in garages, gym rooms, or any well-ventilated indoor space. You'll need proper ventilation and a way to route the heater exhaust if using a wood-burning model.
What size heater do I need?
We recommend a 6kW electric heater for most of our models, which heats the space to 170°F in under 30 minutes. Heater sizing depends on the cubic footage of the sauna. Contact us and we'll make a specific recommendation for your model.
What is your warranty?
All Viking Saunas come with a 3-year warranty covering structural defects and components. We stand behind our craftsmanship — if something isn't right, we'll make it right. Contact us at sales@vikingsaunaco.com.
Do you offer financing?
