🔥 The Leif – The Explorer’s Flame

Long ago, when the sea foam still carried the breath of gods, a young son of Erik the Red set sail westward into the unknown. His name was Leif, and though the skalds would call him the Lucky, it was no luck that guided him — it was fire.

Not just any fire — but a sacred ember, taken from the last flames of a Finnish savusauna, gifted to him by a wise woman of the northern forests. She told him: “This flame carries the spirit of the land and the breath of your ancestors. Guard it, feed it, and it will show you where to build your hall.”

Through storm and ice, Leif crossed the endless sea. Not in search of gold or glory, but for space — a space to rest, to think, to cleanse the soul far from the weight of old gods and old wars.

When he reached new shores, in a land green and wide, Leif built not a fortress, but a sanctuary. Small, precise, perfectly shaped — cedar walls, a flat roof, a modest hearth.
